ผมได้พบกับพระอาจารย์ที่วัดพระธรรมกายซีแอตเติ้ล ผมได้เรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการนั่งสมาธิและมาปฏิบัติธรรมโครงการ The Middle Way เดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ณ สวนป่าหิมวันต์ จ.เลย ผมประทับใจโครงการเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะการทำสมาธิ ทำให้ผมรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในฟองดวงแก้ว รู้สึกอิ่มบุญมากครับ การปฏิบัติธรรมในครั้งนั้น ผมรู้สึกสงบขึ้นและเป็นคนที่มีคุณค่ามากขึ้น

ศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมโจฮันเนสเบิร์ก หรือวัดพุทธโจฮันเนสเบิร์ก ได้จัดคอร์สสมาธิ The Middle Way... มาถึงวันนี้ ก็เป็นรุ่นที่ 5 แล้ว สมาชิกทุกคนมีประสบการณ์ภายในตั้งแต่เบื้องต้น คือความ-สงบ สบาย ตัวเบา และเห็นความสว่างมากน้อยต่างกันไป
